At Better at Home LLC, the heart of caregiving is the relationship between our Care Pros and the clients they serve. We look for individuals with compassion, empathy, and the organizational skills to provide consistent, reliable support. As a Care Pro, your role is to truly understand each client’s unique needs and help them thrive in the comfort of their own home.

Caregiver Duties and Expectations

At Better at Home LLC, our caregivers are responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, and support to ensure the well-being of our clients. We expect our caregivers to approach their roles with professionalism, empathy, and respect for the dignity of the individuals in their care.
